Ten Years Time Game
You have to answer two questions:
- Where do you see yourself in ten years if you still have your Eating Disorder?
- Where do you see yourself in ten years if you recover from your Eating Disorder?
When you have answered the two questions list three to five (or more) constructive things you can do, or try to do, to help you move one step closer to recovery.
- None of your answers can have anything at all to do with weight or losing weight.
- Try to keep your answer to each question at or below about five hundred words.
You can write your answer down in your Thoughts and Feelings Diary and you might like to explore what you’ve written with your therapist.
